Ballroom Dance Dallas is a social ballroom dance club. In 1995, when a local dance studio discontinued its monthly ballroom dances, some of the regulars, under the leadership of Marilyn Meyers, formed the club. They chose the name Dance Connections Club.

The name of the club has recently been changed to Ballroom Dance Dallas. We are a non-profit organization and support our activities primarily through membership and admission fees.

Although not required, membership is a very affordable $40 annually. Members pay a reduced admission fee to each dance. Non-members pay slightly more.

Ballroom Dance Dallas welcomes all dancers ages 16 and over.

  • We sponsor an elegant ballroom dance on the third Saturday of each month. (CLICK HERE for more information.)

  • Every 3rd Saturday: Dance music is provided by a live orchestra.

  • We offer a free dance lesson (with paid admission) by a professional instructor at each dance.

  • We have dance hosts for unescorted ladies.

  • Ours is a smoke-free environment, and you may bring snacks.

 

Admission prices are very reasonable, $15 for members, $20 for guests, and $10 for students. Cash or checks only. No credit cards accepted. Members receive our Newsletter and an annual Membership Handbook at no additional cost.
